When you submit the MGS intake form, the website securely stores the request number, customer name, phone or email, project address, request and service type, project stage, timing preferences and any details you provide. MGS uses that information to identify the job, route it to the correct operating lane, check for possible duplicates and contact you about the next step. Preferred dates are requests only and do not create an appointment.
Analytics begin only after you choose “Allow analytics.” The site uses its own privacy-focused tracking, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page views, clicks, scroll depth, traffic sources, general device information, approximate location, heatmaps and masked session recordings. These services may set analytics cookies and process technical connection information under Google’s and Microsoft’s privacy terms.
Our MGS analytics database does not store your IP address or anything you type into a form. Intake details are stored only as a customer request and are not attached to analytics events. The dedicated /start intake page does not load optional Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity tracking. On the rest of the site, Google Analytics is configured without Google Signals or advertising storage, and Microsoft Clarity masks form inputs and sensitive content. Random browser or session identifiers may be used to count visits without requiring an account.
You may decline analytics when the choice appears. You can also remove the stored choice and anonymous browser identifiers below, then choose again.
