Start with clear photos

Send a full view of the enclosure, close-ups of the problem and any visible hardware markings. Tempered glass cannot be cut or altered after fabrication, so some damage or measurement problems require a replacement piece rather than an adjustment. MGS will confirm whether the next step is a repair visit, measurement or replacement quote.
