Aventura bathrooms, dressing areas, home gyms and entry spaces often need mirrors sized to the wall rather than selected from a standard catalog. MGS provides custom-cut mirrors and LED mirrors with dimensions, edge details, outlet locations and mounting conditions reviewed before fabrication.

Frameless shower glass for Aventura residences

For custom shower doors, we evaluate door clearance, curb pitch, wall conditions and plumbing positions before recommending a swing door, slider, fixed panel, corner system or steam enclosure. Available choices include 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch tempered glass; clear, low-iron and frosted glass; and chrome, matte black, brushed nickel or satin-gold hardware.

High-rise access and installation planning

Communities around Williams Island, Turnberry, Mystic Pointe and other Aventura towers may require certificates of insurance, service-elevator reservations, protected corridors, loading instructions and limited work hours. Building access should be shared before scheduling. Oversized mirror and glass dimensions also need to be checked against elevator, doorway and hallway clearances so the finished piece can physically reach the room.

Yes. Send the building’s access rules and insurance requirements before the visit so measurement and installation can be planned correctly.

How are oversized mirrors handled?

We compare the desired mirror size with elevator, doorway and turn clearances. When access is limited, a carefully planned multi-piece design may be the better solution.

When is low-iron glass useful?

Low-iron glass reduces the green cast of standard clear glass and can better preserve the appearance of white or light-colored tile and stone.
